Dale L. Buchanan & Associates opened its doors on June 13, 1983 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it has remained a family-owned and operated firm for 25 years. Our focus is disability law. Our goal is to offer our clients legal advice and assistance throughout the disability claim process.

With six offices throughout the state of Tennessee and Alabama, Dale Buchanan & Associates is a growing firm in the southeast. Currently the firm employs over 50 people in all of our offices. We offer free consultation to determine if a claimant has a viable case and to let the claimant determine if he or she is interested in securing our services, all at no cost or obligation. Most of our cases are handled on a "contingency" basis, meaning that the client does not pay any legal fees unless they win.
