The Real Estate Group has always been an important part of our firm, and our tax, environmental, litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights attorneys have extensive experience in the real estate aspects of their respective fields of expertise.

Clients and Industries

We represent a wide variety of clients in the real estate industry, including financial institutions acting as lenders, investors or credit enhancers; institutional, corporate and individual buyers and sellers of real estate; developers; landlords; tenants; and mortgage bankers. Clients include major banks, national retailers and one of the nation's largest apartment real estate investment trusts.

We handle virtually all types of commercial leases and subleases for a variety of usages, including office and retail space, restaurants, fitness centers, museums and public buildings, libraries, schools, warehouse and distribution facilities, and industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Our Real Estate Group also negotiates restaurant leases and food service agreements.
