Scott Saul practices in Nashville, Tennessee and all surrounding counties. He has been practicing law since 2003 and focuses his practice on the area of criminal defense.

Mr. Saul has represented clients charged with various crimes such as DUI, felony drug offenses, theft, domestic assault, fraud, burglary, robbery, and sex crimes.

Each criminal case is unique with its own set of facts and issues. This is why a lengthy client interview is necessary to begin the defense of the charges. Mr. Saul's first job is to determine how the charges may be dismissed and then pursue that avenue. If a dismissal is not possible then Mr. Saul's second job is to determine the weaknesses of the case and how it may be best defended. Finally, if plea negotiations are necessary then Mr. Saul's third job is to present the weaknesses of the State's case and mitigating factors to the government's attorney and to the Court.

Mr. Saul is dedicated to working with his clients to resolve their criminal charges in a favorable manner. Mr. Saul aggressively litigates against the government in every stage of the case; from General Sessions Court to Pre-Trial Discovery to Pre-Trial Motions and to Trial. Mr. Saul is a courtroom lawyer and is in Court nearly every day.
